What is Adobe Shockwave Player?
	The Adobe Shockwave Player is a small yet powerful multimedia plug-in for Web browsers. It allows Web users the ability to download and use interactive contented, known as Shockwave movies. The download for the Adobe Shockwave Player is free and takes only a few minutes (on 56 K modems) to be installed.
What are the system requirements to run the ShockLottery software?
	The following is required to run the ShockLottery Generator Software. Visit the System Requirements page to run a requirement test
	Operating System:	Windows Operating System (98, 2000, ME, XP )
	Processor:	An Intel Pentium II Processor or equivalent, 300 MHz or faster
	Web Browser:	(Preferred) Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01(or higher) or Netscape 7.1 Java: Enabled Popup Blocker: Disabled
	Shockwave Player:	Adobe Shockwave Player (latest version recommended [ 11.0.0.0 ] )
	Memory:	5 MB of available random-access memory (RAM) or higher
What Web Browsers are supported to run the software?
	Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 5, or higher) is the preferred browser to run the ShockLottery software. However, the software may also be accessed using *Netscape Navigator (version 7, or higher), *Mozilla Firefox (version 1, or higher), *Opera (version 7 or higher) *may require a dedicated Shockwave version for these browser, for more information consult your browsers Help Files about plug-in requirements.
Why can't I run the software in my Web Browser?
	Your computer may not be compatible with or have the minimal system requirements needed to run the ShockLottery software. Please refer to the necessary system requirements above for more information.
When I open the software page, I see a blank page or a place holder, why?
	There may be several reasons the ShockLottery software is not displayed, use the reference table below to identify the problem.
	Condition	What to do
	System requirements:	Your computer may not be compatible with or have the minimal system requirements needed to run the ShockLottery software. Please refer to the necessary system requirements above for more information.
	Security settings:	The security settings for your Web browser may be set to high and not allow ActiveX controls or Streaming media to be displayed. Refer to your Web browsers Help Files on how to safely reduce your security settings to display ActiveX and Streaming media content.
	Pop-up blocker:	The pop-up blocker on your Web browser may be enabled. Disable or configure your pop-up blocker to allow content from the ShockLottery Web site to be displayed.
	Java settings:	Java for your Web browser may be disabled. Enable or configure your Java settings to allow content from the ShockLottery Web site to be displayed.
What is an 'Xtra'?
	Xtra's are small add-on components that extends the functionality of the Adobe Shockwave Player.
Why do I need to download an 'Xtra'?
	The ShockLottery software requires additional components to run specific task such as image display, sound controls and printing utilities. While these Xtra's are pre-loaded within the software, you may be asked to download a newer version of a specific Xtra. The downloads for Xtras and quick, safe and free to use. If prompted to download an Xtra, select "yes" and the newer version of the Xtra will automatically be installed on your computer.
Why can't I print my Lottery Numbers and Statistical Information using my Web Browsers Print button?
	Attempting to print your Lottery Numbers and Statistical Information using your Web browsers print button will return a blank document. Printing must be done by using the software printing routine, found on the Print Options screen.
